If a student would like individual feedback about why they didn’t receive a specific role Mr. Chaviano is happy to discuss this with them. You need to be ready to hear constructive criticism and want to improve. HOWEVER, the directors will not respond to parent emails or phone calls concerning why their student did not receive what they wanted. It is appropriate to feel disappointed when you have worked for a solo or role and did not receive it. It is not appropriate for students (OR PARENTS) to tear down students, families, or the Broadway Company because of a role they received.
